First Baptist Church, Carnegie

Aaron Robertson came to us in June 2005 to
be the Music Minister. Born into a minister's
family, Aaron has enjoyed being involved in
church since he was a child. Saved at the
age of six and called to ministry at fourteen,
Aaron has sought way to fulfill God's plan for
his life.

After a short jaunt at California Baptist Univeristy, Aaron attended Oklahoma Baptist
University where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Church Music. While there, Aaron
enjoyed playing the trombone in the Symphonic Band, the Bison Jazz Orchestra, and the
Shawnee Community Orchestra and he even sang with the Bison Glee Club for a time.
During his senior year at OBU, Aaron met Katie Cease and they began dating. After
college, Aaron moved to Fort Worth where he completed a Masters Degree in Church
Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Aaron and Katie were married on
June 16, 2006. Aaron still enjoys playing the trombone with the Singing Churchmen of
Oklahoma and hopes to have a long and successful ministry, leading people in worship
and sharing Jesus through the gift of music.
